About Cambridge and Ely Psychotherapy Service

I am a fully qualified Adlerian psychotherapist, based in Cambridge and Ely, and I work with adults from across Cambridgeshire. I hold a Diploma and Certificate in the theory and practice of Individual Psychology and Adlerian Counselling, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

With experience in both short-term and long-term psychotherapy, I support people from all walks of life dealing with issues such as anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. I attend regular supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains ethical, effective, and in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.

Trust and confidentiality are at the heart of my work. Whether you meet me for counselling in Cambridge, therapy sessions in Ely, or via secure online video, all information you share is treated with the highest level of privacy and respect. I also hold full professional indemnity insurance.

How I Work

My main approach is Adlerian psychotherapy, which focuses on understanding the individual within their social context and life experiences. I also use an integrative approach, drawing on methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Somatic therapy where appropriate. This flexibility means therapy can be tailored to your needs and goals.

  • Who I work with: I offer one-to-one psychotherapy for individuals.

  • Online counselling sessions available

  • Session format: Each session lasts 50 minutes.

  • Availability: Appointments are available in the daytime and evenings, both in Cambridge and Ely.

  • Cancellations: Sessions can be cancelled without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellations are charged at the full session fee.

Whether you are looking for psychotherapy in Cambridge or counselling in Ely, I provide a safe and supportive space to explore challenges and move toward positive change.
