PTSD is a diagnosis given to people who develop a certain set of symptoms after a traumatic event

Some symptoms experienced could be having flashbacks of the event, feel on edge and alert . Having panic attacks and feeling anxious , not being able to remember the event, feeling numb

PTSD symptoms can appear either straight after the event or months/ years later .

Counselling is available at Cambridge and Ely counselling service and can help with PTSD , giving you the tools to be able to control the symptoms.
