How to manage Coronavirus anxiety

As the Covid 19 pandemic continues to unfold it is normal for people to experience different feelings and reaction. Some of those reactions may include: feeling stressed , racing thoughts, agitation, trouble sleeping and relaxing. There are proactive steps that you can take to reduce these symptoms.

  1. Take breaks from reading the news

  2. Take measures only if recommended by public health england

  3. Try relaxation breathing exercises

  4. Seek help from a counsellor

  5. Concentrate on things you can control like eating a balanced diet, exercising and taking vitamins to boost the immune system.
